There's only a sticker that reads "Famiglia di Mezzeo, olio di oliva con limone". You can get others, though, at any gourmet market and Whole Foods has good ones.

Re: Florida Cucumber, Heirloom Tomato, & Red Onion Salad with Dill & Lemon Oil

Picture perfect. I recently had a health crises but got lucky that my major surgery was successful and the pathology reports came back benign. I have been trying to transition to a healthier, unrefined diet. All or nothing approaches do not work for me, as I also have anxiety issues and get very stressed with my own perceptions of 'failure' LOL. So I appreciate your balanced and level headed approach. After all, the Okinawans live into the 100's and they are not rigid. They eat a high vegetable based diet that is unrefined. So I am trying to incorporate raw into my life and what is not raw is very unrefined and balanced. This may not work for everybody but so far I am doing well. AND, this was the very topic on the GetFresh blog--different philosophies of raw foods. Anyway, sorry for the ramble. Just wanted to stop in and say that I love your blog and that you have somebody who is following, nodding and smiling, but may not be posting a lot of comments :) andra

Re: Pineapple Parfaits with Raspberry Gelée

Just wanted to let you know, mine's chilling in the fridge right now.
